This is "Korin Belt".
It's a substitute for Koshi-himo.

Adjust Korin Belt to the breadth of your shoulder.

Easy! Kimono Put one end of Korin Belt into slits opening under sleeves called "Miyatsukuchi".

Easy! Kimono Fasten a clip on inside neckband.
Keep clip's position under the Obi.

Easy! Kimono Pull other end of it to the opposite side of your body.

Easy! Kimono Fasten a clip on outside neckband.
Keep it same height as inside.

And fix neckband again.

Easy! Kimono Like this.

and smooth out wrinkles.

Kimono Fold up Ohashori of inside to upside diagonally, and fix neckband again.
Arrange for the crease to be not seen when it's covered with left neckband.

This step is not always necessary.
But if doing like this, you can avoid a too much swell of Ohashori.

Easy! Kimono This is "Majic Belt".
It's a substitute for Date-jime and made from rubber & Velcro.
Velcro is called "majic tape" in Japan.


Bind your torso with Majic Belt.
